Refund policy

If you’ve received your order and it’s not quite what you expected, was incorrectly supplied, or is damaged in any way, we will gladly help you to either return or exchange it at no cost to you.

No cost? So I won’t be charged for return shipping?
You won’t pay a cent. All refunds and exchanges are collected and returned at our cost.

  • Sale items

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO LOG A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE?

  • For damaged items, please log your return request within three days from the date of delivery.
  • All other refunds and exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

ARE THERE ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?

All items for refund or exchange must be returned unused within the returns period stated above.

  • Items must be in the original packaging, with any tags still attached, and with all accessories (if any).
  • Please also supply your invoice and delivery note.
  • All approved refunds will be processed via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to a South African bank account provided by the customer. By making a purchase, you agree to this refund method. Refunds are not processed back to the original method of payment and are handled manually, which may result in additional processing time.

HOW DO I RETURN A DAMAGED ITEM?

We know how frustrating it is to open a delivery box only to find an item has been broken or damaged during shipping. To allow us to quickly rectify this problem, please contact us via email at info@havenandhuesa.co.za within three days of delivery.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM I’VE CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT?

Please email us at info@havenandhuesa.co.za and include your order number and contact details for easy reference. One of our consultants will contact you to assist with claiming your refund or arranging an exchange.

Please keep all original packaging, tags, and accessories, as well as your invoice and delivery note.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM THAT WAS INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED?

Please email us at info@havenandhuesa.co.za and include your order number and contact details for easy reference. We will contact our fulfilment house to track down where the error occurred and will then contact you to arrange collection and a refund or replacement of the item.

Please keep all original packaging, tags, and accessories, as well as your invoice and delivery note.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I RECEIVED AS A GIFT?

Yes, if it is damaged. You may also exchange your gift, provided it was purchased within a 30-day window.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Please allow between five and seven working days from the time we receive and process your returned order for the credit to reflect in your account.
